Questions
What Incoterm should I buy on?
FOB or EXW usually gives you the most control and the clearest price. Buy CIF or DDP and the freight is in someone else's hands. Ask us before you agree a term with a supplier.
Sea or air?
Air for anything under about 300 kg, urgent, or high value per kilo. Sea for everything else. We will quote both if you want to compare.
Do you handle quarantine?
Yes. Biosecurity inspections, treatments and the paperwork are done by the same brokers who clear customs.
Can you ship from a supplier who has never exported?
Yes. Our origin agents collect, pack and document it. The supplier only has to have it ready.
