Redline Couriers (ABN 00 000 000 000) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the course of providing courier services, and how we handle it under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Enquiry details. Your name, company, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery locations, and whatever you tell us about the consignment.
• Delivery records. Recipient names, signatures, timestamps and proof-of-delivery photographs captured at the point of delivery.
• Technical data. Your IP address, browser user-agent and the country your request came from, recorded with form submissions to help us prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes and respond to your enquiry.
• To dispatch, complete and prove the delivery you booked.
• To invoice you and maintain business records as required by law.
• To protect the website and our systems from misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We disclose personal information only where it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for or where the law requires it. That may include our drivers and subcontracted carriers, our freight partners for interstate legs, and service providers who host this website and deliver our email. We require those providers to protect your information and to use it only for the purpose we engaged them for.

Where it is stored

This website is served by Cloudflare and form submissions are emailed to us through a third-party email provider. Some of those providers operate servers outside Australia, which means your information may be stored or processed overseas.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to completed jobs, including proof of delivery and invoices, are kept for at least seven years to meet Australian tax and record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not embed third-party trackers. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a privacy complaint by emailing privacy@redline2u.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives at this address, with the date it was last changed shown at the top.
