Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern every consignment Redline Couriers (ABN 00 000 000 000) accepts, unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you. Booking a job means you accept them on behalf of yourself and the owner of the goods.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you give us at booking: addresses, vehicle required, weight, dimensions and timing. Quotes are valid for seven days. If the job differs from what was described — extra distance, a larger vehicle, additional drops, or waiting time beyond the free allowance — the price is adjusted and we will tell you before the extra cost is incurred wherever practical. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated.

3. Delivery times

We give honest estimates and work hard to meet them, but times are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, road closures and access delays at either end are outside our control. Where you need a hard deadline, book an urgent direct run and tell us the deadline at booking so we can allocate accordingly.

4. What we will not carry

  • Cash, bullion, negotiable instruments and jewellery, unless agreed in writing beforehand.
  • Dangerous goods, firearms, explosives, illegal items and live animals.
  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods, unless booked as a specialist run.
  • Anything not packaged well enough to survive normal handling and transit.

Packaging is your responsibility. We may refuse a consignment that is unsafe, unlawful or inadequately packed.

5. Delivery and proof

Delivery is complete when the goods are handed over at the nominated address and a name, signature, timestamp and photograph are captured. If you authorise an unattended drop, the photograph at the delivery point is proof of delivery and risk passes to you at that point.

6. Liability and insurance

We carry goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. Our liability for loss of or damage to a consignment is limited to the amount actually recoverable under that policy, or the declared value of the goods, whichever is lower. Declare high-value goods at booking — undeclared value cannot be claimed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or missed opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Claims

Notify us of any loss or damage within seven days of delivery, or within seven days of the expected delivery date where a consignment does not arrive. Claims must be in writing to bookings@redline2u.com with the job reference, a description of the loss and supporting evidence.

8. Payment

One-off jobs are payable on completion by card or bank transfer. Approved account customers are invoiced on 30-day terms. Overdue accounts may be suspended and may attract reasonable recovery costs.

9. Cancellation

Cancel before a driver is dispatched and there is no charge. Once a driver is en route to pickup, a call-out fee applies. Once goods are collected, the full job rate applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
